TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Open to residents of UK, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over only, except employees of Brocket Hall International Ltd and Palmerston Hotels & Resorts and their immediate families, agents of either organistation or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
  2. A draw will be made on Mon 2nd August 2010 to determine the winner.
  3. Booking of this prize is subject to availability and cannot be taken during public holidays including Easter and Christmas.
  4. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  5. The prize can only be redeemed on weekdays and is not available at weekends.
  6. A maximum of four golfers will have courtesy of the course. Should additional guests wish to play, this will be at further cost to the claimant.
  7. The booking can be made up to 6 months in advance only.
  8. All golfing guests must produce a current handicap certificate or letter from his or her Club Secretary at the Golf Shop before play. The Club's handicap limits are Men 28, Ladies 36.
  9. When making your booking, choice of course will depend on the allocated visitor course for your chosen date.
  10. No other costs will be covered by the promoter other than those stated.
  11. Where relevant, the winner is responsible for their own transport to and from Brocket Hall Golf Club.
  12. No cash alternatives will be available. Prizes are non-transferable. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  13. In the case that bad weather causes the closure of the course, we will, when requested, offer alternative tee times subject to availability. Especially in busy periods, we cannot guarantee to be able to provide a similar time to that originally booked but we will do our best to meet customers' reasonable requests.
  14. Bookings may be re-scheduled up to 7 days prior to the allocated tee-time subject to availability of alternative tee times. After this time, it will not be possible to reschedule the booking.
  15. Players should know the rules and etiquette of golf and be able to keep up with a reasonable pace of play. Avoid slow play and let other golfers through if you have slowed down or lost a ball.
  16. In their own interests and those of fellow players, we reserve the right to allocate less experienced players to tee times outside the busiest parts of the day. Players whose behaviour on the course is considered, in our judgement, to be unsuitable may be required to cease playing and leave the course.
  17. Conduct of participation. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the process or the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  18. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
